Community Hubs
Our Community Hubs are available across Manchester and can help you get connected into the information and answers you need.
With a mix of Face to Face and Video Advice, there’s no need to make an appointment or bring anything with you. Our hubs offer an initial conversation with an adviser with pathways to further advice if you need it.
At our Community Hubs you can:
Create a plan, to tackle your concerns
Get support with getting online and some online forms
Be referred to an expert in-house team or a partner organisation
Get help with employment problems, debts, benefits, immigration and housing
Where we offer video advice you can also:
Address sensitive issues in confidence with a private conversation with one of our trained advisors.
These venues need booking in advance, contact the venue directly:
Welcome Centre (Cheetham), M8 0TW - Wednesday AM
